At LETTY, selected products are available exclusively through pre-order.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item before it becomes available for dispatch.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your order.

As our collections are produced in limited quantities, dispatch times may be longer than for in-stock items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
